What Kind of Person Do You Want to Be?

Think of the kids in your class. There are kids who you know will help you if you need it. There are kids who don’t play fair or always have to go first. There are kids who you can be sure will share, and then there are kids who never seem to share.

When you have a hard time with anger, it can begin to change the kind of person you are, and other people may begin to notice. While you are learning to manage your anger, take some time to think about how you interact with others and what you want other people to think about you.

Think of some of the people you spend time with. What makes these people good friends? What makes some people hard to spend time with? Why do you like to hang out with some people and not others?
